DUBLIN, OH - On April 13-14, Ten Big Ten Universities clubs traveled to Stinson Rugby Field to compete in the 2024 Big Ten Universities Rugby Conference 7's Championship event.
On Day 1, the Notre Dame Fighting Irish swept through Pool A defeating Indiana, Purdue, Illinois and Michigan State. Penn State allowed only 19 points to finish 4-0 to win Pool B against Ohio State, Michigan, Wisconsin and Iowa.
Once pool play concluded, Michigan faced Notre Dame and Indiana played Penn State in each of the two tournament semifinal matches. These matches lived up to the hype as Michigan stunned the higher seed Notre Dame, 24-12, and Penn State defeated Indiana, 33-7. As the final day of the tournament continued, Illinois defeated Wisconsin, 41-7, to secure 5th Place, and Indiana outlasted Notre Dame, 19-10, for 3rd Place. Penn State dominated Michigan in the Tournament Final while cruising to a 40-0 victory to secure their second consecutive Big Ten 7's Championship.

Ohio State's Second Side went 6-0 and defeated Illinois, 15-10, and won the Big Ten 7's Second Side Championship.
